LSP03 Linsmaier & Skoog Basal Salts buffered, which contains macronutrients, micronutrients, and vitamins. pH buffered to 5.7 +/- 0.2 As described by Linsmaier and Skoog, 1965.  LS plant media can be used for a wide range of plant species including both monocots and dicots. It’s a versatile medium that provides a stable environment to support the growth of various types of plant tissues, such as shoot tips, leaf explants, root segments, and callus cultures.
