IMP04 IMDM (Modification 4)–AKA Iscove’s Modified Dulbecco’s Medium containing L-glutamine, 25mM HEPES, and Phenol Red, but does not contain sodium bicarbonate is a type of cell culture medium that is commonly used for the growth and maintenance of a variety of mammalian cell lines, particularly hematopoietic cells such as bone marrow cells and lymphocytes.
