Luria-Bertoni Medium (Miller) is a nutritionally-rich bacterial growth broth. Each liter of medium is formulated to contain 10g tryptone, 5g yeast extract, and 10g NaCl.

With L-Glutamine. Without Phenol Red. (Iwakata & Grace Modification)

With L-glutamine.

With Earle’s salts, L-glutamine and 25mM HEPES buffer.

With Earle’s Salts, L-Glutamine, Non_Essential Amino Acids, and 1500mg/L Sodium Bicarbonate. Without L-Arginine, and L-Lysine.

Without Amino Acids, L-Glutamine, Glucose and Phenol Red.

RPMI 1640 without NaHCO3 – Liquid form of RPP11 with L-Glutamine & without phenol red and sodium bicarbonate.
