Description

LSP01 Linsmaier & Skoog Basal Salts is a type of plant tissue medium that was developed by Linsmaier & Skoog in 1965. It is used to improve the organic requirements of plant cultures, especially those related to tobacco. This medium consists of a combination of inorganic salts, vitamins, and amino acids that are similar to MS Medium, but with the addition of Linsmaier and Skoog vitamins. It’s applications include organogenesis, callus culture, cell suspension, and micropropagation.
