What’s your name?

Sara

Where are you from?

While I was born in Idaho, and lived there for about a week, I consider myself as from Utah.  Smithfield in Cache Valley specifically.

How did you get started with Caisson?

I was looking for a job, and my father had just gotten promoted to Operations Manager, and he and his bosses decided to take a chance on me.  One that they hopefully don’t regret, haha.

How long have you been working with Caisson?

I  have been working at Caisson since before I graduated high school, so I think it will be six years in December.

What do you do at Caisson?

I’m an EA, an executive assistant for my dad, and I help out wherever I am needed besides that.  Mainly, I help him with getting all he needs done, keeping his schedule straight, and I’ve been doing a lot of work on our website and social media.

What’s your favorite part of working at Caisson?

I love working with my dad, and people who may as well be my surrogate uncle and older sisters.  I also love how welcoming and accepting Caisson can be.  We succeed and fail together, as a team and a family.  We have what I like to think is a very unique vibe to us, compared to other companies.  You know everyone there has your back, in good times and in bad times, too.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to read just about any science fiction or fantasy book I can get my hands on, as well as watch all kinds of movies.  My favorites right now are action or fantasy.  I also really love to spend all of the time I possibly can exploring Utah’s mountains; hiking, camping, spending time on a side – by – side (A/UTV), splashing in the rivers, anything I possibly can breathing in that fresh air.  I enjoy taking pictures too.

Do you have a favorite memory at Caisson?

How could I pick just one?  We have had so many good times filled with laughter, smiles, and love.  I really enjoy the times we get to spend together occasionally, just making each other absolutely  crack up with laughter.  Our company lunches are always filled with camaraderie too.

What’s something you would like Caisson’s customers to know [about Caisson]?

We’re truly dedicated to what we do, and really believe in what we do, and what you do with our products.  We’re truly proud to know that our products are being used to save lives, and to put smiles on people’s faces.
